Based in Durham Region, Ontario, the FMH will cover major real estate markets in Canada including Greater Toronto Area, Vancouver, Ottawa, Kelowna and many others.
Find Me Home will be an integrated platform that enables intelligent home search by users and premier marketing platform for real estate agents. It utilizes ML and AI as well as Global Positioning System and integrates publicly available sales history and home values data. Find Me Home will have separate advanced searches for buyers and renters. Homeowners and landlords will benefit from free listing on the website. Real estate agents will have several options to promote their services, including a free profile page, advertising space and classification as a premier agent within their postal code of choice.
The key success factor to the website will primarily stem from its ability to create transparency in the market and provide data on all properties, whether listed or not listed, hence amassing monthly web visitors that create an incentive for advertisers, namely a wide audience of home sellers-buyers, landowners-renters enabling advanced search based on real location, sales history, home values and other search criteria. The Company will be first-to-market as an only platform that presents the recently available public data on all home values published the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) data. Based in Durham Region, Ontario, the Company will be federally incorporated to effectively market its platform Canada-wide.

Nguyen Thi Minh Ly, joined Dragon Capital in 2008 and as an Associate Director, she has been managing Vietnam Property Fund (VPF) since 2013. During her tenure with VPF, Ly has successfully originated, executed and divested main transactions of the Fund. Her key areas of expertise are valuation, feasibility study and corporate governance. Prior to joining VPF, Ly was a Project Assistant of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a private-sector arm of the World Bank Group, in 10 years. Ly worked with small and medium enterprises in Vietnam and particularly with IFC’s investee companies on operational review, production, market access issues and business development. Ly earned a Master of Business Administration from a parallel program of National Economics University and Washington State University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor.
Mr. Trinh oversees and coordinates the work carried out by the team members. He is also responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance and efficiency of the company’s staff and other resources.
Mr. Trinh holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors (grade 9.25/10) from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, specializing in Drilling and Production Technology. Mr. Trinh had an established career within the petroleum industry, charting his career from a Petroleum Engineer position in 2001 to serving as the Deputy Manager of Petroleum Operating Company from 2013-2018. He has made significant contributions to management and operations for the design and execution of offshore drilling operations, quality improvement system certifications as well as the preparation of budgeting and various engineering and compliance reports.

Mr. Nguyen, Thoi Vi works toward developing and improving the company’s products by identifying new technologies and scientific findings, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, product timetables, pricing and necessary plans for product introduction and market strategies.
Mr. Nguyen, Thoi Vi contributes 13 years of experience of technical advisory, project management, commodities and industrial equipment, of which 11 years were within the civil engineering sector. He is currently the Co-Owner and Deputy Technical Director of Viet Dan Trading Construction Co., Ltd., an active stakeholder in real estate industry. Mr. Nguyen, Thoi Vi holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology Ho Chi Minh City, 1999.
